Samsung S95B Stuck Green Pixel Issue

The Samsung S95B seems to have an issue with its QD-OLED panels that has caused a number of owners to have an issue with the display that causes a brigh green pixel to always be on screen. I will report back on how Samsung handles the RMA process.

My first one had a whole virtual line of the same green pixels. I exchanged it and my new one is working perfectly thankfully.

Same here after 3 days. Dead green pixel and a vertical pink line. Requested a replacement. First time on Samsung brand, already a bad experience!

I have the same problem. This is my 2nd s95b tv in 6 weeks. 1st one had screen issues too.

Bought this TV 1 week ago, exactly have the same issue. Tried these stuck pixel videos on RU-vid, unfortunately no results. I will call the retailer tomorrow to ask for a new one...

I have a flashing green pixel on mine when it starts up before the OLED splash screen. After it flashes 3 times the display is fine. An engineer came today and said they will replace the screen next week as it's an abnormal issue. Hopefully they will replace it.

I'm on my second s95 b both have had a cluster of red pixels. Different retailer for each. Nearly all of these tvs have some type of flaw. I'm done.

What was your resolution to this? I have a single stuck red pixel in the extreme lower right corner and debating on requesting repair/return

I was able to get Samsung to replace the screen under warranty. It took one phone call into support and they had a tech come install a new display a week later. I am happy that they replaced this under the warranty as they should.

@@vektoriousproduction I'm glad they were able to replace this for you, I had a similar issue instead of green it was bright red, and they refused to replace it but I didn't call them I chatted with them. But I returned it back and brought a new one, so let's hope it doesn't happen again.

My first on had large dot where the picture was yellowed. My current one has this same pixel issue. 0/2 samsung

I have a dead pixel on my S95B… 😭 I just got it 6 days ago… how it is possible in 6 days ?! 😱 I feel really sad… I paid it more than a month of hard work ! And now I have this TV with a dead pixel… don’t know what to do 😩

@@Luca-xr7bs I did it too ! They sent me an other S95B and this One works perfectly ! 👌 No dead pixels, everything is OK ! I can now enjoy it 100% ! 😎

@@Bibfive5 was it a stuck or dead pixel? Was it a subpixel? In other words not working with only 1 of the three colors?

@@Luca-xr7bs It was dead pixels, The two were completely black… 😩 I tried everything to see if they were really dead, but nothing changed… so I called The website where I bought The TV and they sent me a new one 👍
