Mine broke twice in the 3 years I had it... By then they didn't make the spare part to fix it any longer... In the end (after 2.5 weeks) they did manage to find the spare part but couldn't come and fix it for another 4 weeks. In addition they wanted me to carry the risk of the part actually fixing the problem. The product is junk and the service is horrible. My advice... Buy something else...

anyone got this fridge? it keeps freezing stuff in the drawers anyone know a way to make it stop? also the ice maker always gets stuck with ice in the drop zone area.

I have this fridge it freezes everything and in the fridge and the freezer makes everything so cold it’s rock hard. The ice maker is super slow at producing ice

hot garbage components. rubber seal failed on fridge side under 1 year. freezer side fan has bad bearings in under 2 years. nope nope nope

I would avoid buying Samsung at all cost. Got myself refridgerator that makes sounds louder than my 21 year old refridgerator and customer service is simply terrible. They claim it is feature rather than bug and basicaly told me that they dont care at all about noise and my satisfaction. Feel free to RU-vid it and think is this device something you want in your house Avoid Samsung at all cost
