I really appreciate the fact that when you make a kill, you take the time to respect the animal and you’re not jumping around pumping your fist doing some ridiculous victory dance like so many others I’ve seen. Great videos thank you.
I stop what I’m doing when Hanes drops a new video. He’s been treating us for the past year with new amazing content on the regular. Truly appreciate what you do, and the lives you touch. Humbled.
I have no idea what it is like to hunt. I grew up in the city. I have lived in a less urban environment for the last 20 years or so and have finally purchased my first bow. I hope to get proficient enough with it that I will be able to go hunting within the next year or two. Your video's are incredible and inspirational.
This month in the mountains series is incredible. Nobody is making content this good. Creating this with your son is the icing on the cake. Raw emotion.
Congrats. I was born here in Arizona. My grandmother taught school on the Ft Apache in the 1940’s. She would sit me on her lap in 1965-66 and show me artwork the students had given her. She kept that box until she died in 1966. She loved those kids.
It would be more like Christmas if he/they would use something other than these high-tech bows and equipment! How about a nice simple recurve? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recurve_bow
Been a fan of Cam for a while now. Its come to a point that I can't keep saying, "I'll start hunting next year". This year is the year. I'm going to buy my bow next month. Thanks for the information and inspiration!
Yo Cam! Im the Marine/ Fire medic that met you at the airport in Eugene on your way out to AZ. Glad to see you doing it, and Honored to meet you in person. Keep spreading that Light Bro. -Z
I’m from the town right before you hit San Carlos and let me tell it’s always been a dream of mine to go out there on that beautiful land and hunt the most mystical elk in the world! Glad you get to come and experience this. Stay blessed Cam and keep hammering buddy !
The success rate this man has is unreal. I’ve experienced elk hunting without success, Cam doesn’t know what failure means. He walks into the mountains and id bet $1,000 he walks out with whatever he’s chasing. Anyone who hunts regularly knows how impressive it is.
It's amazing how Cam and All of his crew have transcended just being hunters. I grew up watching hunting videos. These are like small hunting documentaries. Thank you for allowing us to share in the journey.
Cam you are the most humble, appreciative human being! You are an inspiration! we all need to take a page from your book of life, it is so refreshing seeing someone work so hard to achieve great things and then be so appreciative of the rewards of their hard work.
Cam you represent and embody everything that bow hunting elk in Arizona is on the Sacred Lands of the San Carlos. Thank you for capturing and sharing your hunt .
I just want to say thank you from Australia cam. You inspired me to buy a bow last year and I’m going on my first trip mid next year. watching and listening to you has inspired me to do so much more with my life, I was always a camper and outdoors person but I can now add bow hunting to that list, I look forward to success in the future being outdoors and going hunting providing for myself and my family. Thank you again #keephammering
I was born and raised just an hour away from San Carlos. Crazy to see the best bow hunter of all time appreciate the authenticity of elk hunting on the San Carlos Reservation. So close to where I live. Incredible
I would absolutely love to bow hunt elk here but I am going to Colorado in 2024 for my first bow elk hunt ever. I have been bow hunting since 1982 and been watching and reading Cams journey most of it. Thanks for all the inspiration over the years. I don’t even care if I harvest anything because the experience itself is going to be amazing. Keep Grinding Cam.
congrats Cam awesome video and bull the respect you show every time you harvest an animal shows what kind of hunter all hunters should be thanks for taken us along
Love all you do Cam I remember the old days when you did vids with Eastmans outdoors always enjoyed your vids you are the best brother be safe and thank you for always keeping it real
SanCarlos is one of the most beautiful places in the world...the Apaches are still managing there land like they have for thousands of years..year after year they produce world class hunting..elk..antelope..coues.....the guides are the best there is...Am lucky to know Steven's family...
As a South African id really love to see Cam come here and hunt a lord derby Eland with a bow. Things are massive and hard to hunt. Great hunt, great content. Congrats.
Congratulations!!! What an awesome bull! I am patiently waiting to put in for the NM draw God willing I will draw an archery tag in 2024. I am already at a loss for words when I fill my first Elk tag! I picked up archery hunting 5 years ago and hunting elk with a bow changed my life! I had never been drawn for an elk tag in my life and the first time archery hunting I was hooked and only want to hunt archery Elk. I have been a hunter my whole life but I was missing out. 2024 will be a hunting season to remember. I am blessed to have two successful draws and looked forward too my third! 👊🏼🙌🏼👏🏼💯🔥🙏🏼

The hunt that was on in the beginning, I actually have that DVD! That was a great hunt, they waited forever to get that shot! It was raining and all and his arrow hit the tree limb…
the skill is unbelievable. i pray for the knowledge and skill. I understand it will come in time. He earns every bit of success. This is a lesson not lost on me
Hey Cameron, thank you for this video and thank you for your dedication add efforts to excite us and help us all on our journeys. My question is after you shoot your expandable broadheads do you replace the blades or is there a way to sharpen them. I have never used expandable for elk typically I use a cut on contact blade but I'm curious about the Expendables you shoot and how you keep them Sharp? Thank you for taking the time to read this I wish you well, keep hammering my friend.
Thanks again for incredible content Cameron!! You live the life most of us only dream of my friend!! Well done! On a side note-Can someone recommend a good outfitter in MT for a 10 day backcountry bow hunt in Sept 2025?
