AREA/CITY: San Diego
DETAILS:
A fire broke out in a homeless encampment. The fire started to really take off as the firefighters arrived. They attacked the fire and were able to put it out within minutes. No one was found at the encampment.

No, they don’t have the brains because it’s too fried due to heavy drug usage. They only care for themselves & no one else.

I see a lot of these types of videos, not only from you, and I always think...has anyone checked if there are people stuck in the fire while waiting on 1st responders?

I did read the description, before commenting. It doesn't specify if that was realizes before or after the fire was put out. It was just a thought of mine.
