to make that day even better, later that night the seahawks were down 28-9 vs the Rams with minutes left in the 4th on MNF and Al Michaels brought up George's catch/run being " The Play Of The Year " 😆😆 Also, that week, the Raiders, Cardinals, Patriots, and Dallas all lost !! 🤣🤣🤣

Definitely this game for game of the year over the seahawks & 9ners. This game was just amazing, big play after big play. No game had as many big, star making plays like this one. This was a history making game.

1:21:57 - I just love the Shanahan school They did the SAME PLAY 2 times in a row, fake split zone/ outside zone right, the backside TE or FB fakes the block and is wide open. They have to respect the run so much they can't spare a guy to sit around backside in case the FB or TE runs a route the opposite side of the run.

His defense lets the Rams score 23 points in the final 3 quarters vs the Rams which is unacceptable, Beastquake, Catch 3 these are all playoff losses that are famous and were on the defense. Look at the Saints ranked defenses over the past 14 years, almost all of them are at the bottom (and that 2010 #4 ranked defense gave up 41 points to a 7-9 Seahawks team)

Past 5 years. No? Name a better game. I liked SB52 with Nick Foles and the Eagles taking on a super hot Brady and the Pats. But even with the Philly Special this 49er-Saints game was more incredible throughout, from start to finish. This game "had it ALL" and "EVERY play mattered" more than any other game I can think of. More big plays - both runs and passes and defensive stops, more trick plays, unusual rules adding controversy, energized announcers, excellent camerawork and crystal clear video, down to the wire and ending on an NFL historic performance at "4th and 2, game on the line." NFL at it's best (except for some injuries).

Peezster, I've seen countless of great plays through the years but Kittle's the greatest ever...Iost count on how many times I watched this particular game just to see it again and again!

"4th and 2. Game on the line..." Instant classic. Best NFL game of 2019 season. Will go down as one of the great 49er games of all time. I think it's possibly the best NFL game of the past 5 years. Better overall than SB LII (Pats vs. Eagles w/ the Philly Special), not by much but a bit.

Cover 3 is wayyy too prevalent in 2019; 8:43 everyone knows to attack the seams between safety and corner, with a hi-lo stretch so Sherman is stuck on the widest receiver and a slot or TE can get behind. I Expect more 2 high shells in 2021
