You should try Kyokushin LOL. I’m from Canada, where there are a lot of weak McDojos. However, in my dojo (Kyokushin), we still get hit while practicing our own Sanchin Kata. Kyokushin, Goju Ryu and Uechi-Ryu are some of the last karate “styles” which still focus a lot on strength and conditioning.
@@frankiegodinez8864 I have family in Canada. I live in the U.K. and where I live there is crap. Luckily I have a legit Shotokan school affiliated with JKA, I suppose it’s better than nothing.
@@frankiegodinez8864 true! Kyokushin is legit. That being said I don't like Kyokushin kata. But it's okay because most of kyokushin practicioners don't care about kata and bunkai too much
@@jean4j_ I always kind of hated that. If you are only going to perform kata just for exams, then you might as well remove it altogether since you are missing many advantages of kata. Holding onto katas for the sake of being able to lable yourself as a karate school instead of a funny kickboxing gym is a weak argument in my opinion. And some schools actually use that argument which is beyond my comprehension. For that reason I am looking for a karate school where I can learn the bunkai as well as realistic kumite, however I've found none at the moment. Very sad.
People now a days has forgotten about Karate, this is the real and healthy exercise, I really miss those days when I used to do Karate.This bodybuilding thing is really unhealthy and not helpful, it will make you lazy and bulky and always you want to eat and the athlete is thinking I’m doing exercise and and I’m healthy because I’m dieting and losing weight but as soon as you stop dieting you will gain weight . It means bodybuilding is a business and drug marketing . Best exercise is Karate which keep you healthy and no need of foods and protein and fruits, still you will be ripped and healthy , even if you are poor you steal can do this .
El senpai de los jarrones hace el mabate con el pie de atrás y sobre el talón. Es un error muy notorio. El mabate se hace con el pie que está adelante y cereza por delante del pie que queda de apoyo y se hace el giro. Raro ese fallo en alguien con ese grado 🤔
