No, once loan has been sanctioned, it will not be cancelled. buy you have a certain time period within which construction should be completed. In most banks this period varies from 18 months to 36 months. Contact your bank or call us for more details

RLLR or Repo linked lending rates are the new methodology based on which banks are supposed to lend. Every bank adds a Mark up to the RLLR before quoting Rate of interest on any loan. This mark up can be set as fixed for a certain period. So the rate of interest linked to RLLR being charged by the banks can be changed as per terms of sanction. Hope this answers your question.

bank apna kharcha aur insurance etc ke paise katta hai.. aisa private bank karte hai... govt. bank aapko pura sanctioned loan amount ka paisa dete hai aur jo bank ka kharcha hai woh alag se account mein lagate hai, but private bank loan amount mein se hee apne dusre kharche lete hai, jaise insurance, etc

One must prefer to take loans with floating rate of interest. Yes customers are free to inform bank to only charge floating rate of interest. Read the terms and conditions on the sanction letter very carefully. Yes, prepayment penalty / foreclosure charges are also applicable on balance transfer (B.T.) as you are prepaying a loan by transferring money in the form of another loan. Always prefer to take loans from Govt. banks and take loan from private banks/NBFC's only if you are not eligible for loans in Govt. banks hope this answers your question. koi bhi document nahi milta except copy of Sanction letter. Sanction letter will be provided to you if you ask for a copy of it. Please ensure that you are given a copy of sanction letter which has been signed by the bank officials.

EMI is Equated Monthly Installment. If you take a loan bank, financial institution gives you the option to repay the loan in EMI. Some banks financial institutions ask the customer to pay some EMI's in advance they are called Pre EMI, usually EMI's are due once loan has been disbursed i.e. money has been given to the customer.

Whatever money customer has paid upfront for which either receipts are available or proof of payment is available like cheque no. , draft no, rtgs/neft/imps ref. no, etc will be considered as part of margin by the bank as all these will also reflect on the account statement through which customer made the payment. Bank of Maharashtra is better as it is a Govt. bank and they dont have any hidden charges. HDFC Bank has lots of hidden charges in the form of prepayment penalty. etc
Once sanction letter has been given then you have to complete the formalities mentioned in the sanction letter, if you don't complete those formalities , documents then bank will not release you the loan amount. For Example - Original Property Papers not submitted by you, Margin or your share of loan amount not submitted by you in your account.
Loan Protection Insurance banks/financial institution apne loan ko protect karne k liye karate hai.. Dono hee schemes mein borrower ki death pe paisa milta hai.. but Loan protection insurance protects the loan whereas Term Insurance usually pays money to the family of the deceased. Spread rate on my education loan sanction letter is 4.75.I confirmed from the bank this spread wont change amd is constant. But on sanction letter its mentioned Spread(+/-). So should I ask the bank to revise and mention that spread rate will not change?
From which bank have you taken education loan..? Have you got copy of sanction letter? If your education loan has been sanctioned on floating rate of interest, then you will get the benefit of a lower ROI whenever ROI is reduced. It is possible bank has given you moratorium period of 14 months for completion of house. during moratorium period payment of EMI is not required, only interest is to be paid.
