NEW Sandbag workout!! Just filmed this one over the weekend. Its been a few weeks since ive had a chance to train so this one was a "song" to say the least. Very lower body/leg focused but with some bicep, back in there and a happy ending core segment. So for anyone looking for a serious morning workout this one covers just about everything!
FULL BODY SANDBAG HIIT
1) Snatch to Squat
2) Bearhug Squat
3) Half Moon Snatch side to side
4) Shouldering Good Mornings
5) Side Lunge w/ Curl (right)
6) Side Lunge w/ Curl (left)
“Bonus Round” Kneeling Around the Worlds
For the main workout, perform each exercise for 40 seconds. Rest 20 seconds between each exercise. Rest 60 seconds then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
for the HAPPY ENDING round....you'll be going 20 seconds on with 10 seconds rest for a period of 3 minutes.
