SandBlasting Truck Frame Chassis Removing Rust and old Paint! 

Only done with a skilled operator please don't try this at home thinking it's as easy as it looks in the videos. It will chop, bust wires and pipes for sure. I had the argument that I was blasting these without issue no 1 would believe me so I prove it time and time again as blasting gets a bad rep from bad operators I simply started this channel to show what can be achieved and try and convince the doubters otherwise 😎👌👍

No regrets as of yet mate saving time been optimised saves alot of hours at the end of the year if I add all the hours I spend opening to re fuel then closing to drive to the job then opening again to run it all day then having to wait for it to cool enough so I can close them pfft that was a faff. I still have plans to make it even easier to live with but I think that's a summer plan 😏

It was 1 shift 👍 I do have to go back and do the 5th wheel and catwalk bits but they wasn't ready for me to fill the shop with a load of painting work 😂

Yeah, but the amount of Derv it uses in 1 shift the tank wouldn't hold enough. Van takes approximately 80L to fill the compressor uses around 150/200l a shift can you understand why I was upset when the government decided that Red Derv wasn't allowed for use in anything that's related to business shocking decision and what did I say it would affect everyone in the UK cost of living food going up in price it's all linked to a sly decision made and covered up so the public doesn't know the real reason 😏 but that's just my theory (red derv is used in forklifts etc) anything that generates power etc red has been outlawed

@ianlitchfield9273 farmers and golf courses can still use Red but on very restricted applications everyone els has been stopped building trade packing companies etc basically everything you see with an engine working off and on road are on full taxed fuel road working tools ie rolers etc have to use full taxed derv evey thing that's produces power using and engine I mean alot more than what I can even think of that's business related even an old boy at the allotment with a generator to make a cuppa has to use full taxed fuel shocking and ya know what is more shocking 0 media coverage April 2021 it came into play shortly after the media blames covid for the cost of living meanwhile the government is rubbing its hands together. But like I've said it's not proven its linked its just what I believe and it was a shady way to do it. Like after that date even if you bought and paid legally allowed to use it after that date you would and did get a fine and let me tell you something a business thats not doing as it's told gets a heaver than a public fine (a person using it illegally would get 250£ fine a business 5k fine and the risk of equipment getting seized or crushed if the fine isn't paid on the spot)

Please note I'm not a how too channel if you require business help or how to operate a sandblaster these videos may help but the defiantly not aimed at such as unskilled people could hurt them selfs or others trying to copy what's seen. A lot more is happing than shown I will admit they make it look easy if you can take anything from them please take it with the knowledge a lot is missing from them 1 small thing that should be obverse to anyone about to start a job is know what your rig is capable of ie removing flesh faster than paint the dust can be very dangerous if you don't do all the steps needed. It's a volvo f11 I believe could be newer I never looked at the cab. Its main use will be tow a steam engine to shows so the tug needs to look the part 👌👍

You need a nozzel that suits your cfm so my cfm is 425 I use 850 (#8)

You need to find out your running costs and add labour and that's how you find out your pricing. My costs will be different to mine 👍

I wouldn't have a big enough hard drive, bandwidth or battery power to be able to do that as the video would be around 8 hour long 😂 I tried doing live stream before but not many folk tune in so that don't work real good 🫣

Yeah as much as could be got from how it was sat ideally it wanted to be fully stripped and jacked up but the hours involved in that would make the job unfeesable that's why it got done as it did. 👍 keeping a job in budget is better than not getting a job at all 😏👌👍

@Mobileblaster I turned down a truck the other day, some guys daily driver because i was afraid to ruin a fuel line or some wiring. How much psi did you need for this?

@imfromdadecounty.223 if your unsure please take extra care its not as easy as the videos make out its take me alot of practice and alot of errors to be able to know what can take a little blast to some stuff not at all take care mate 👍
