I assume Scout is a kid too in this animation, so that wouldn’t be wise if such a strong and ripped grown man started attacking a teen, because he made fun of his kid. Besides that, Scout actually kind of tried to explain or even apologize for his actions before he got thrown with punches That creation is a robot. That kid engineer is intelligent but not an adult with wisdom, so he programmed his robot with what he had in his mindset
