सहद नीबू पानी +बनाना ड्राई फ्रूट्स+ 3- 3h meal+ 10-15 walk+Exr+silence 10m+breakfast heavy ots upama खिचड़ी+12pm Apple fiber+ 2pm salad खीरा 2 कटोरी दल+5pm अखरोट+डिनर 7-8 जल्द लाइट+मिल्क 1-2 ग्लास+8-10 पानी
