Too much inflated, these rates are only justified if inflation stays like this for next 5-6 yrs and market stays afloat.. or else doesn't make any sense.. Whole of Hyderabad economy is based on IT and ITES companies ...and entire industry will change in next 5 yrs with AI and I have a feeling that we are not upping our game... Hopefully our ecosystem also change and justify this heavy price tags.
