Yay the ship that finally got me into GoT. I watched season 1 years and years ago, but I never kept up with it, apart from the gifs I saw on tumblr from time to time. It was only after watching a fan video of these two right after the series ended, that I decided to get back into it (despite knowing how terrible the ending was lol). I love these two so much. Tyrion is the one man outside of her family that truly treats Sansa the way she deserves to be treated. She always wanted a perfect prince charming/knight in shining armor, so I think ending up with Tyrion would show just how much Sansa grew up. After everything she went through, I'm sure she sees that conventional beauty means precious little. The qualities her father wanted for her in a husband are what she would value now, and those are all qualities Tyrion possesses. I hoped to show that throughout the video, and to show her realization of that at the end.
I also wanted to emphasize how well Tyrion treats her family. A lot of it was before he ever even knew Sansa, but I can't get over how much a Lannister seems to care about the Starks. lol so yeah, I hope you enjoy it!

My head canon is that Sansa and Tyrion end up together and merge the Lannister and Stark houses to create a dynasty of their own, anyway this video is fantastic and Sansa and Tyrion are just so beautiful

Oh I'm glad you finished this!! I can tell you really put a lot into this and really feel passionately about this ship and both characters individually. I esp like the part where you show that Tyrion likes and respects her family, even before he knew Sansa! I don't think I've seen a vid about them accentuate that aspect before, but it is a very sweet one. Also love using Catelyn's speech about marriage, because it actually does easily apply to Sansa/Tyrion. And I love the "making my way hone again" line put with them interacting for the first time in years in s8. Would have been sooo easy to go somewhere with them in that season but ofc we can't have nice things lol. ANYWAYYY this was really beautiful!! I'm happy this was your first GoT vid because there are few Sanrion vids on here compared to many other ships from the show so this was MUCH NEEDED lol

Eek thank you hun!!! I'm really glad you enjoyed it. And I love when you say that you can tell that I love the subject I am vidding! That means a lot to me, because I really do pour a lot of love into it, and it makes me so happy that it shows! And I loved doing that segment of Tyrion/Stark family! Family means SO much to Sansa, so I think it just adds to Tyrion being great for her that he is so sweet to her family, and even before he knew her, so it's not like he is trying to curry her favor or something. lol and yeah, even though these two lived (which is an accomplishment of some kind on this show haha), they really should have ended up together, and the writers kind of missed the fact that they might technically still be married. But of course NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BE MARRIED. MARRIAGE IS TOO FAR-FETCHED OF A CONCEPT FOR WESTEROS. Riiiiiight...Anywho, thanks again for being my champion! :D

She looks at him with respect and she knows he will never hurt her. In the end. He looked at her with pride. When he saw her much stronger was proud that he was married to her. There was love somewhere between them. However lost.

I feel you! I loved the idea of them together eventually! If anyone is into Sansa/Tyrion fanfiction and can recommend some really good fanfics that I can find online, PLEASE tell me! I LOVE these two together and fanfics as well as beautiful videos like this! It’s been such a consolation for me since the end of the show. Anyone out there who can tell me of some awesome stories about these two amazing characters, please bring it on! Sanrion❤️

I love this! I think they brought out great things in each other. I think they shouldve at least ended up as great friend and comrades. But alas, the writers screwed this one up too. Beautiful job as always

Yay I'm glad you liked it! The writers got like NOTHING right at the end. I thought season 8 of That 70s Show was bad. Now I have two bad season 8s! Lol

Aaaww thanks for the compliment on my video!! In terms of fanfic, I would recommend anything by FoxyHunter99 (especially The Courtship Dance), all of PrettyPoppy's stories (A Most Suitable Marriage is probably my fave), notalone91 (As I Lay Beside The Fire in particular), and The Promise of a Lion by Casually Human. Those are the stories that stick in my head. Brilliant writers! :D

Number 1. They ruined this show and it breaks my heart so much, jon Sansa Tyrion Jamie brienne - all deserved better Number 2. I clicked on this with low expectations cuz I never shipped them, I shipped Sansa and Theon - but it was adorable and really well made. Thank you!!

Theon was literally her adoptive brother. She was only a few years old when they took him in and even though he was technically a prisoner he was treated like any of the other Stark children, similar to Jon always being treated like a full brother by his 'siblings', they were viewed in the same light. Shipping siblings is gross.

theonsa is beyond romance, and sansa finally has a friend, but they saved each other, and they suffered under same mad man, and aftermath is real, she reminded him who he truly was, and he helped her escaped, and he died as a stark

correction, you should have seen dany as a villian, and saw how she murder her own brother, her baby and her husband, for blood magic to bring back dragons to kill people who wont bend to her, and sansa as the angel we are on the journey with, born first daughter of prper family told to be prime and proper and told she marry a prince, aka sold into poltical marriage, and why you love jon, neglected son, but actually most beloved, and ned stark should have told the truth to his wife, and been a better father to sansa, since sansa is his true heir, just like him, calm and cool, and looks at bad and good in the people she meets, and has good heart and wicked sense of humor dany never wanted a new world, she wanted targaryen dictatorship, and saddest thing about dany, she chasing after a dream that was never hers, let sansa and tyrion and sandor rule, arya off on adventures, and jon beyond the wall with his soulmate tormund, and bran king, with tyrion and sansa as his hand

oh this is beautiful!! i multiship sansa with lots of characters, but sanrion's always been the best one for me. two people completely lost who found what they needed in the most unexpected person. their few scenes in season 8 were wonderful and gave me so much hope (and does the fact that they're both still alive!) anyways, i love this beautiful, i loved all the voice overs you used and this song is so gorgeous and haunting! btw; don't i know you from way back in the day of all you hyde/jackie and smallville vids?

I really feel that they are equals and able to understand each other and connect in a really special way. And even though I wasn't really happy with the endings for their characters, at least they are alive, and I can create a post series head canon. Haha

This is an absolutely stunning video. The amount of work put into this to show off all the contrasting and comparative scenes is in a word - superb. I really hope you'll make more videos for this pairing as you have a damn fine knack for them and knowing what scene is appropriate where. It's videos like this that help keep me inspired writing for them, it's just lovely

@@hydesbride You vidded them marvellously, you honestly do have a knack for them :) you even captured certain contrasting scenes that I hadn't noticed, like the bit at their wedding and then down in the crypt. The amount of effort you put into vidding them is clear for all to see :) As to fanfic I post on AO3, my current story is a fix it fic featuring Sanrion and Braime following on from the end of the show :) I write in the POV of all 4 of them, but once that's finished I've got a reincarnation fic idea in mind for Sanrion :)
