Unnecessarily elaborated and indirect answer. It mostly happens when one thinks that he or she is so special or a genius and thus the reply or comment should be an unusual ,yet impressive one.They forget the logic and end up in a over thought reply which often does not answer the question properly. The most important aspect in such context is to simply understand the intention of the question and give a practical anwer like "the cheapest country I have travelled to is ------ and if you're under a tight budget you can also consider these countries x, y and z ".

And his budget he never want to share...as cos he travel in low budget but he can afford what ever may the extra amount...so his budget is infinite.
