Plus, didn’t she claim that the suitcase was old and damaged hence why they supposedly planned to donate it? It’s mind boggling that she doesn’t see how everything she says hurts her own case!
I’m glad they made her put gloves on. Formality? Yes. Appeals? Not in this courtroom. The position she described him being in isn’t a normal thing people do unless they are really that drunk or that person trusted her to let them out otherwise they wouldn’t have climbed in, using a position of trust to trap them like that is insane.
The fact that they allowed them to make her manipulate the suitcase it ridiculous. Her lawyer is failing her...she is not getting a fair trial which everyone is allowed
Not to mention she first beat him while in the bag. If she was afraid of him getting out and being mad at her, why would she exacerbate the situation .... because she knew he wasn't going to come out there alive.
@@George-ky4wf oh yes she is, whats your beef here? you having a relationship with her in jail or something? she's a cold blooded killer for sure. if you cannot see this, you are a lost sheep and you have no hope.
IMHO I actually dont believe she was ligit trying too kill him but she is just so unaware and brain spaced she doesnt even understand the severity of what she did. I dont think she deserved to sit in jail for the rest of her life but she does deserve time and i cannot believe she passed up the deal she was offeree because i feel that was a proper amount of time she should have to serve to pay for her actions. Again this is just my opinion.
If you want to see how easy it was for George to get himself out of the suitcase from the inside, just watch how long it takes a couple people to unzip it from the outside!
I know right? That's the 1st thing I thought of. At the very least, seeing where and describing how Jorge died should be extremely traumatizing for her....I mean she loved him so much right. 🙄 She's disrespectful and disgusting!
@@GhostASMR225 Omg I know, The mocking he heard, not being able to breathe, the pain of the tight, tight space he was in... then the realization he was not getting out and was in fact dying. What a absolute horrifying way to go..
No it is not. Torture is what they do in Guantanamp. Bay (where they are torturing and holding men that they have never even been charged with crimes or given fair trials) Its when officials act under the law to inflict physical and mental pain to people.
it was brilliant of the state to have Sarah demonstrate how she zipped Jorge in the suitcase. The jury now has a visual and will remember it during their deliberations.
Its like a Saturday morning for her. No reaction to seeing the place where this person she loved the most died. Not a single tear or anything. This woman is insane.
Praying that they’re not buying this “battered woman” defense. There are some people in the comments who do and it makes me worried there is a jury person who might, too 🫠
I am sorry but if I had found my loved one dead in the suitcase and I had to look at it and touch it I would be crying so very hard. It was the scene of his death She didn’t bat a eyelash
I was wondering why she didn't have gloves! My blood pressure skyrocketed at the sight of the suitcase; yet, Sarah reacted as if she was only recounting how she had packed some clothes for a trip! She walked up to that suitcase with absolutely no hesitation!
Same! The thumbnail for the vid made me gasp. I hate looking at it and can't imagine being there in the same room with it... She's something else. I don't even have words other than that to describe her. 🥝💚🖤
When they first introduced the bat to her on the stand (not sure which vid. it was I forget) she made sure to say "yes, I bought that for my son." Like --? She may have. But why hurry and rush that unsolicited piece of info out there? That bat was a weapon. She was tryina act like some type of Harley Quinn
No she doesn't have PTSD I have PTSD and I'm on a shitload of medication to manage symptoms and I don't understand why it judge would allow this all in anyways she has not proved that she needed to defend herself she's saying that she beat him with a bat she poked him apparently she didn't poke him she beat him we know that we know that George suffered when with PTSD it's it's a shame that they went here with this that she had PTSD PTSD doesn't make you murder so I'm curious I hope the jury sees her for her
I remember when I saw the video of him begging her to let him out of the suitcase, my anxiety went through the roof I had to stop. This woman has no soul.
"it's not even a paperclip" she mutters. Always with the snark that gives away who she really is and her sense of entitlement. Also her jail rags would have been better than this frumpy getup they put her in.
Originally she said she left room for fingers (which I don’t even believe). Now she says his hold hand was coming out and threatening her. She can’t keep her stories straight
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong: a person lures another into a confined space, traps them inside, apparently physically brutally harms them with a deadly weapon, throws them down the stairs and taunts them cruelly when they say they are suffocating... and then knowing leaves them to suffocate. Those are the facts, right? Isn't that WILLFULLY taking someone's life? And isn't drunkenness no valid excuse for leaving someone in a life-threatening situation and ignoring their pleas for help? Correct me if I'm wrong.
@@George-ky4wf And? What's the correlation between time, a crime YOU commited against a loved one, your trial, and GRIEF over the death of a loved one? People react different ways but surely you'd have SOME reaction to seeing the suitcase you unalived your lover in. People have moved away from homes their loved one died in because they can't bear to be in the home after. She clunked up to that suitcase like a housewife walking down the aisle of a supermarket.
That suitcase doesn't look like a suitcase that a brokea** couple would get rid off or donate! It looks mighty fine to me. I bet the suitcase was upstairs when he got in it - and she pushed it down the stairs!
I know it was upstairs they cleaned the house up that syitcase was in the bedroom she sit on it and zipped him up and tossed him down the stairs thats how it got downstairs
That was genius to have her do that. It really showed how she struggles to zip, not like the fun games she’s insinuated. He was probably unconscious when she zipped.
That's what I thought! Who would just agree to go into a suitcase. And even more so , why would an abuser agree to let their victim have that much control over them? I think he was either semi conscious or completely knocked out.
@@jodyjingles7968 Agree. I think they are both evil, but it would be as scary as it gets. You’d think he’d be kicking and pushing as hard as he could, but, he was weak from being drunk and injured by the hard fall down the stairs in it, so he was obviously doomed.
@@jodyjingles7968 adding to my previous comment. Plus, every time he did make an attempt to free himself, she hit him with a bat. It is CRAZY this trial is happening, but it’s her narcissism that wants the attention, no matter how bad it is.
What that the actual suitcase he died in? I mean if so the guilt is written all over her. She has no remorse, or ptsd. She talks about the suitcase and such a calm manner.
If he could get out he wouldnt have passed away inside that suitcase. He clearly couldnt get out. She clearly wasnt worried about him getting out because she went straight to bed like she had been wanting to do the whole night.
While I wholly believe she intentionally killed him, I do not understand why people think you can’t be so drunk that u fall asleep with a bf in the suitcase. It sounds crazy but everything is illogical when you’re drunk! Thats why I don’t like to drink!
She has not shed a tear or show emotions. If that was me. I would be mortified to get near that suitcase knowing that I killed another human being due to my negligence. Thisonly shows, she killed him intentionally and she is not sorry for it.😮
The part I hope they show the jury on rebuttal is when she tells the cops Not to worry Don't worry, There's nothing to worry about, in the video where they end up finding him in the bathtub. She was never afraid of him
What a crock of BS even letting her "demonstrate". It makes no difference how he was in the suitcase or if he put himself in the suitcase. The fact is he was pleading for his life and stating he could not breathe while she sat there taping it. That is murder, plain and simple. It was within her power to render aid and she chose not to.
