Sarah Kay & Phil Kaye perform the original Spoken Word poem "This American Life," written by Phil Kaye, at the Sage Hill High School, Newport Beach, Ca. April 29, 2008
aah i love these two. they came to Sage twice and Phil Kaye is AMAZING. He was a senior when i was a freshman and he was so awesome in all of the theatre productions and at town meetings and assemblies.
Gossiptgirl No xD They aren't related at all. You should listen to another poem they do together, it's called "An Origin Story". Its an amazing poem that talks about their past.
This is definitely one of my many reasons to be thankful, that I was born now.. That I could live and see amazing artists perform, that I would be allowed to see them, and that they would be allowed to express themselves, but hey.. they are in America^^ this day..when you have just so much diversity, that at times it´s really confusing. This day, when you have awful music, poetry and arts along with amazing ones.. this day when I can choose, and thus be myself..
two amazing stars both in the same school amazing? I'm happy sarah got so famous after ted, though i don't know if i want phil to be cus i'm conflicted. i want people to know about him but i want to be special in being the few people that know of him
