Omg I’ve been a tax preparer for 18 years, it is not Greek. Congressman can understand tax returns, many are accountants, some are millionaire complex filers or have accountants I’m very sure they can handle reviewing tax returns ugh

So how complicated is the tax filing process. Let's see, in the case of trump a highly acclaimed company, organization, or accountant firm, or whatever, filed his taxes for him, then they will submit the taxes to the IRS, the IRS will review them, they will find loopholes because the information submitted doesn't match the previous year, the IRS send a letter back to trump's tax company with their findings. The firm have a certain date to respond with the information requested. If there is a dispute the IRS and trump tax firm will continue in back and forward communication until the matter is resolved. Is that actually a complicated process? trump as president of the U.S. has been the worst thing that had happen to America since its birth.

Anybody else not just a little concerned that he said he wants to get rid of immigration courts? No more asylum cases? Because that's pretty alarming.

If only there were an organization that understood such complicated things such as the documentation of tax payments ... 🤔

The Trump campaign released a letter confirming a tax audit on March 31th 2016. That is over three years ago. Most IRS audits last from a few months to about a year or so. Their own manual tells them to wrap it up in 26 months, because they really don't want to run into their legal deadline. Three years. Now maybe president Trump's tax is extra very super special, but there still *is* that same statute of limitations. That's a time limit on how long the IRS can charge you additional taxes etc. on the return that’s being audited. It doesn't care about how much paper it takes to print, or how tall the stack is. The statute expires three years from the due date of the return, or the date it was filed, whichever is later. After that, one way or another, it should be over as there is nothing by law that they can do about it anymore. So. Here's my stupid dumb question: Was there ever even a "tax audit" around March 2016, or was that just another convenient lie? Dumb question number 2: what are you so afraid we might learn that we don't already know? -That the president is out of his depth? -That the president made a life bluffing? -That he forgot to declare hush money on his tax forms? -That he listens to people who are financially beneficial to him? None of these would come as a shock to anyone anymore. If he is better than that, and it's all been "fake news!" like he has been shouting for the last three years, what does he have to loose by disclosing his taxes like presidents before him, and like he said he would? I for one would love him to prove common knowledge wrong..
