What a poor review. It leaves a lot to the imagination. What did the aft end of the main cabin look like? What did the forward V berth look like? What did the steps going down to the double berth look like? For all we know that double berth wasn't even on this boat. Does it have access to the engine compartment?
MBY reviewers seem obsessed with calling boats like Botnias and Sargos "potting sheds". They just don't "get" their practicality out at sea, and seem to be totally mesmerised by a flybridge "template" for poseurs. No wonder I stopped buying MBY years ago.
Really solid report, and yeah looks are fine its cramped though (or looks it) 31ft. one cabin should have some room they must make the hulls very solid like this report, lol. take care!
I’ve noticed with these yacht types that they give too much importance to walk around and bow cockpit. No one uses that space. Make the cabin full width, only need 4” plus some grab takes to get to the bow and push the cab forward, the only thing you need on the bow is the anchor. For all the money they spend on design, seems they would get more out of the space. What do I know though, I’m just a grubby fisherman who wants to get the most out of the stern cockpit to get work done.
Sargo is nowadays trying to copy Targa. Sargo is same as the old Minor. Sargo is not the same boat however. If Targa is 4 x 4 of the seas, Sargo is the 2 x 4 of the seas.

@@MrBernt1968 in broader English uses it also includes the Aland Islands, the Faroe Islands, Finland and Iceland. The current "strict" definition you state is only from the 19th century. The word is historic but historically it did not mean those 3 but meant a small region.
