Hi Sari, congratulations on the book! I learned to knit during Covid and the very first thing I made was your Lumi design for Novita. No scarf, no washcloth, straight to this sweater. I did not see the 'Advanced' rating before I started, but completed it successfully, completely without help except RU-vid for the tubular bind off. I think that is testament to your pattern writing skill
Yes, your patterns are pretty self explanatory & informative. The very 1st adult garment, was a test knit for you the Lumme Pullover, also my very first colorwork pattern. I enjoyed it so much that I became a colorwork addict! Unfortunately, I knitted it with Letlopi yarn. I live in Southern California,. We usually don't go lower than 35°F! I decided to turn it into a cardigan & I found that rather than frog it I could steek it. That was also my first steek, an entirely unplanned one! If a newby can do all that, most new & intermediate knitters can create gorgeous Norlund's designs!🤩🤩🤩💖
Wow. I have to say I haven't seen the previews of the patterns so I am discovering them as you present them and explain how each came to life. They all feel so special and they are gorgeous. I attended a workshop with you last year in BcnKnits, I love how you pour so much of yourself into each pattern, each design feels so unique and so Sari 🤍✨
I don't usually buy knitting books because rarely more than one or two patterns that I want to make. But you have so many beautiful options I think I will need to buy this one.

Hi Sari, I have a cat that looks so similar to Luna, mine is Lucrezia, she was a stray I took in last winter,so I would love to hear about Luna, as I am curious about Lucrezia is there a name for a cat with that colouring? I am interested in purchasing your book, the electronic copies would be great as I live in Canada,but I am traveling to Spain, so that would be an alternative for a more reasonable shipping costs, if possible.
