Maria, this video reminded me... could you please make a soft spoken video where you tell us about Russian folklore? What types of spirits, creatures and critters inhabit the dark forests and farmsteads of Russian past? What were they like? What was people’s relation to them? So I've developed an immunity to tingles (tragic, I know) so I've been avoiding ASMR all month (one long, long month) to try and fix it. But then I saw this amazing video, and thought "Oh, what's a few less days?", so here I am, spending my night listening to Maria over and over again, like I'm cheating on my diet with a midnight buffet. Update: Guysss I wrote this before watching, and I actually got tingles! Maybe Maria really is magic 😉

elisha and sergio THATS so wierd cuz I went through a phase of an immunity. But, I was having such a god damn hard time sleeping. Even if I was tired .. super tired I wouldn’t sleep. So, I went on ASMR journey. So I had to bounce around to different one. The ones that give me tingles now is crunchy ASMR videos. Not eating necessarily, just people like eating hard things that give it this crunch. But these type of video (Maria’s) set me up for bed lol

So are you feeling anything? Did the “fast” help? I know that when I become immune, if I take a couple of weeks off they come back. And to maintain them, it’s good to take a night or two off per week.

Ok so you are the only one that is able to put my 4 yr old to sleep!!! It really is like magic....5 minutes into your videos and he is out. Especially on those difficult nights when he cannot seem to fall asleep all he does is say "Mom can you put the lady that makes sounds" and I know who he's referring to and 5 minutes later .... Hi, people! I used to have the same problem. Apart from the emotional issue, another thing that used to make me clench my jaw was chewing food more with the left side of my mouth. No, I'm not kidding hahaha I know it sounds absurd, but there's a medical explanation for that: if you chew more with one side, that side's jaw will grow stronger than the other, and then everytime you move your mouth it is forced in an uneven way (I'm not a doctor, but it goes something like this). Maybe you should talk about it with your dentists, try and see if you eat like I used to, and get rid of the pain. Hope this helps, and hope you all get better 💜
