Anybody else hates when they poke one and their thumb covers the hole preventing the pore from being emptied? It drive me crazy. The person is already in pain and now the hole is being cover, like how the hell is anything suppose to come out?
Oh my gosh, yes!!! Take a page from Enilsa and learn how to properly squeeze. It’s all about the base. And if you cover the spot it’s supposed to come out with your finger, it’s not going to come out. It feels like this person isn’t very focused on what she’s doing or something.
О чем думают клиентки, когда подвергают свою кожу такому издевательству. У нее уже сплошные рубцы. Нужно какието другие методы лечения. Останется лицо в ямах да канавах.
Yes ladies and gentlemen. We have the couch dermatologist and skin professional's making suggestions about the client without even knowing one thing about Him,Her and the procedures before and after or if they have action plan to eventually heal the skin of the client.
Comments are informative. I enjoyed watching although I wonder why the bloody ones weren’t squeezed to empty. Watching those squirt are my favs. Thank you.
I think Thúy does those separately, later. If they are squeezed during the black/whiteheads extractions, it would be very messy and possibly spread infection. Just a guess🤷♀️
Salicylic acid wash and after wash treatment or lotion would greatly benefit these patients it helps with cleaning, disinfecting, reduces inflammation, and the pain.
I know right !! Three different areas gushed or oozed when she was any where near them but she concentrated on the blackhead maggots ( just what I call them ) !!
This lady has a low pain tolerance. In the last vid Thuý said she'd wait till meds brought them up more. She working slowly with whitehead/ blackhead first to assess the lady tolerence this time.
@@margueritemazzeo2904yeah there’s no way I have the self restraint not to pop my own pimples. But they are taught in their culture not to pop or pick at blemishes only let drs or estheticians pop them.
1:02 I will NOT be ignored. 1:54 messy. 2:46 still ignoring me? Then guess I will jump. 3:38 fish for dinner, anyone? 4:20 you know it is going to get messy. 5:02 brain salad surgery. 11:59 curly fries. 15:06 meerkats. I hope "friends" take notice of some new (stolen) terms. (wink)
Thuy Truong, How do you prepare the customer's skin for extraction? Do you cleanse the face and then apply warm compresses? What is your method? Thank you
I recommend you go to her website Linked In the description of the video. You can translate it with Google Translate. It took a bit of clicking but it is well explained and I believe its 16 steps
There are about 17 steps in total - what we see (extraction) is the 8th step...quite a lot gets done before and after. They cleans, steam, use blue lights, various anti bacterial and anti acne topical treatments etc.
@@WhathappensinMaine I would like to see a video with all the steps, it would be much more reassuring that these clients are not in danger of a huge staffylococcus infection
🤣🤣🤣... you're kidding right? She prepares by making sure her trusty scalpel is sharp and always in one hand while she digs the thumb of her other hand as close as she can get. Then if it won't come out because she's right on top of it, it's time to plunge her trusty blade in over and over until it's finally been dug out! She could squeeze so much better with 2 fingers and save her weapon for the one's that really need to be opened a little before squeezing with both hands. That's her preparation.
The patients she gets are referred from a Doctor, of if they come off the street, she advises them to see one. Thuy is highly respected in Vietnam and gets results. Spas in Vietnam are slightly different than in other parts of the world.
I’m no medical professional but I feel like stabbing the super inflamed infected ones and then stabbing areas of the skin that aren’t and just have a couple blackheads would in turn cause an infection cause cross contamination or whatever. Unless she switches blades off screen or disinfects super quick, idk.
Was thinking the same thing. Also not cleaning the gloves and smearing blood and infected content all over the face, seems like it would just spread the infection 🤔
@anaskunca6108 One thing that you don't see in any of these videos is the skin being sanitized with alcohol before anything begins. There are so many bacteria that thrive on the surface just waiting to get an "All-access" pass. 🪡
Nope, not a concern. First, many of these “infected” ones are not actually Infected - what you’re seeing is the body’s inflammatory response, not necessarily due to an overgrowth of bacteria/infection. Second, where infection IS present - the bacteria present in that infection lives on the skin and in EVERY pore. The blade isn’t transferring bacteria - the bacteria is already there. Why some pores could be infected and others aren’t has to do with a complex mix of factors that make it likely or unlikely for bacteria replication and growth to occur. Again, most of these if not all - not infected at all, just inflamed (there’s no pus just normal serous fluid or pirulent discharge which is white blood cells, I.e. the inflammatory response of the body). And if there is an infection - the bacteria are not going to start to develop or spread out of control due to the blade. The blade is no cross contamination risk here. If MRSA were present, they would try to minimize transferring THAT from one area of the body to a different open wound. Hope this helps - it’s a little complicated but pretty interesting.
Thank you. And any naysayers should search under her for “hung series” and her latest series is “gy series”. She clears these bad acne cases up beautifully and literally changes their lives. She has a cult following and is one of the top ethesticians in the world.
I got so mad the first cystic ones didn't get pops right away.... But then at the end with the upper lip blackheads my heart sings with empathy. Those suckers HURT.
@@thelegendaryshannin There is absolutely no reason for so much blood I don’t need the dagger just squeeze wipe up with a dagger don’t stick it in his face call
@@sandracasagrande3825 it is a #11 scalpel blade. Not a dagger. Making a tiny incision in the skin is necessary to extract the contents effectively without damaging the skin by squeezing it. Squeezing is what will cause long term damage to the skin, not a miniscule poke from the tip of a scalpel blade which won't even cause a scar. The reason some are bleeding more than normal is because they are inflamed. Inflammation=blood supply. Bleeding is the body's natural way to keep germs out, should something break the skin. Just trying to help you understand. If you don't want to see blood, don't watch the videos that have inflamed acne.
She does the hidden, then the obvious, then the inflamed. If she takes the inflamed, she might not get the potential future inflamed ones., plus it would make the other blackheads around it hard to grab and even more painful to get out. When you watch lots, you get to see what her order is. Also, this person might be on medication, so is in the drying period of treatment.
