It could be that if she keeps on poking in one area too much, the area could feel sore & irritated.That could be why she keeps on moving to different areas to allow the soreness & irritation to subside.

I click on one and watch the part where it shows part of the client’s face and if it going to be a good one I’m like sweet!! But then instantly regret that!! I can’t imagine how much pain this is for anyone to go through!! And I think it shows strength and courage that they allow them to be recorded so then it allows us to be entertained! And I think what the professionals are doing for them are pretty damn incredible too!! It’s like therapy in a way because you know these poor clients go through hell all around-whether it’s pain they go through getting them popped or God forbid the pain they experience by getting bullied for something that’s out of their hands because it’s most likely a genetic thing-so essentially they’re helping their clients reach a point where they can feel good about themselves on the outside. But all of you are beautiful on the inside AND outside!! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise and NEVER tell yourself anything different either!! Believe it or not but telling yourself how much you hate or dislike something about yourself is more toxic than others saying it to you!! This is why I get so sh*tty in the comments to the people that always say something negative about the video. Doesn’t matter what it is-it shouldn’t be said period! You don’t like something that’s fine, you’re allowed to express your opinions but no one hear wants to see it!! As the old but oh so true saying goes: “If you have nothing nice to say then don’t say it at all”!!! You don’t like it then you don’t have to watch it!! But don’t sit there and talk sh*t!! All those scars I don’t think he could heal from looks like he was there before cuz a lot she popped nothing came out but blood look at all those marks on his face I just watch to put me to sleep but I would never get this done I’ve had horrible cystic acne all over my face and got ride of it by drinking ore water and not so much grease and now I use this cream which helped out tremendously!! All those marks will not help
@@misstati-tatianna1627 his skin is very inflamed, that's way it's so red and swollen. She is trying to remove the plugs of sebum that cause the inflammation, but if they are deep she can't get them out as squeezing to hard/much could permanently damage his skin. Hopefully medication will reduce the inflammation. Glad to hear yours is mostly gone,(however you did it)
Drives me nuts when it’s obvious there’s still something white peeking out of the pore and they just move on. The poor kid will be back with that same comedone needing dealt with.
The pores will fill again because of overactive oil produced and combined with skin cells. Proper skin care includes salicylic acid and AHA which helps prevent that.

With medication now existing to cure acne (Roaccutane) I am quite surprised to see the damages caused by acne in these vidéos (although I love watching thèm)
I feel so much better knowing I'm not the only one that picks on my own pimples. I have made a mess of my face of all places sooo maannyy times! My family tell me to stop cuz it looks disgusting an whenever someone sees me in the mirror I get yelled at. It's a thing I cant seem to stop myself. Even if I am the only one that can see it. Such a bad habit. Watching these help a little. I always wonder tho, why people go to a place like this to have them extracted, they could save some money if they did it themselves at home! It's not like its going to make their skin worse. I feel for them, how hard it must be to show urself when ur face looks like that. as someone who used to suffer from acne. i feel for the person being treated 😞 its not easy: 1. because its painful and sometimes itchy. the skin is just sensitive 2. people will have all sorts of comments on your face

If you notice she is after the pimples that the old acne . They are the Lima bean and rice shaped hard waste coming out. It has taken almost 2 years to clean out all the acne caused by a lotion he was using and formed acne deep in his face as I was told.
@@my3dazies - no. Infections do not always require antibiotics. It depends on how bad the infection is. We have an immune system. You would have to live off antibiotics daily if you were to take one every time you had an infection. Anytime something is red and festered, even like a small scratch, it's infected.
But what about those big red and purple ones that must be full of pus and so painful!!! They always skirt around them and do tiny insignificant ones...
They do an after treatment that gets the remaining. Then the will see the patient several times. To ease pain they get the large piece then use chemicals and gentle suction ect.
These kids are tough. As. Hell. I mean, they just take it ... they’re like little soldiers... this has to be so incredibly painful. I feel like this is some rite of passage to manhood or something ...

Do you think the clients are given a pre-treatment routine before the procedure begins? It seems as though hot clothes applied to the face would open up the pores and they wouldn’t have to press so hard on the skin in addition to saving the thumbs of all the hardworking techs!🤔❤️
There are certain sac dep clinicians that are fearless..open the plug and apply pressure to get it all out. I think she may be trying to prevent further inflammatory lesions by paying more attention to the ones that haven't gotten all swollen and painful yet.

I've been watching and have been morbidly fascinated. Never having acne to this extent, what do you after removing much of the pus? Antibiotics, or some kind of chemical peel??
Most likely not a chemical peel, although I do not know for sure. Something tells me tho that after an extraction like this, a chemical peel may seriously aggravate what i can only imagine to be an already very sore and sensitive area. I do know that over there in Thailand..where i believe this spa is located..antibiotics can be purchased over the counter. Again, i don't know for sure, but I can only assume that they will recommend that the client take some antibiotics. I mean, id like to think that any reasonable person can see that there is already some inflammation going on, and to some extent an infection. Just my thoughts on it...
I'm always amazed at how little the men we see have to shave. Maybe it's an Asian thing but I wonder if it's good or bad for acne?🤷🏻♀️ If anyone could educate me, I'd be grateful - I know how stupid I sound!😅

I don’t enjoy them suffering. I don’t even want to hear it, so I watch with the volume off. I know once their treatments are over, they’ll be better. I love me some pop pops but can’t stand when they go stab happy and it ends up a bloody mess, like wtf? Is that savage shit necessary?? I’ve had facials where it feels like a blade is going across my nose or chin. Lips are also crazy sensitive…brings out a tear or 2. And usually a fck! Lol
