NAAM SIMRAN IS KNOWING ALL THE TIME , THE SAME ONE IS PRESENT AS ALL BEINGS, see God in yourself and in everyone at all times. Naam jup is repetition of a Word, mantra jup! WHEN DONE IN FULL AWARENESS, GOD IS RECITING GOD’S NAME! Wow, this is not explained in such terms before. Why? Why wander clueless, lost for most part of life in this world, just for sake of Leela/play? The same actor in countless roles…God, what is the point of such “fun”???- Guru Nanak speaks through you ❤
at the end of the fourth pauri, ਨਾਨਕ ਏਵੈ ਜਾਣੀਐ ਸਭੁ ਆਪੇ ਸਚਿਆਰੁ ||੪|| Guruji also seems to point to the two definitions of ਸਤਿ with the two words ending with onkars in that line, namely ਸਭੁ and ਸਚਿਆਰੁ
I like that he saw merit in some Yogi Bhajan kriya. Most Sikhs will just toss him aside, but Bhai Satpal spoke encouragingly of some kriya. No need to reflexively reject the Yogi's teaching, when there may be genuine spiritual value in some of the teachings. Cheers.
