Insane panoramic Osaka night views from a scenic observatory in Satsukiyama Park, Ikeda.
Satsukiyama is a mountain in the north of Osaka that offers free views of the Osaka cityscape from a number of different observation spots including Hinomaru Observation Deck and Satsuki Daira Observation Deck (as explored in this video).
Satsukiyama Park and its observation decks are free, cars entering the park are charged ￥300.
