The Saucony Triumph 22 is finally here and we had to take them for a test spin to see just what the PWRRUNPB fueled trainer was all about. Offering a huge upgrade over it predecessor, the Saucony Triumph 22 delivers a fun ride that can easily handle any distance on the roads. FYI all this is not a review, it's a promotional video. See Yawana or FOD Runner for legit actual reviews. Shoe is not light at all, it's heavy and bulky especially compared to Triumph 20/21.

True it’s marketing but Jared ward is like the only athlete I trust somewhat. He usually only comes forth on the saucony line he rly enjoys. I’ve had these shoes on foot and I think they are worth a shot. The skyward x is heavy af and it’s insanely good (Yowana loves that one too, despite the weight).

the upper is thick and hot/ not breathable either. This is a casual non running shoe now.

Some say it’s a literally brick, heavy and that foam is not soft. That’s why it might last 1000 miles, a brick would 😂

Its softer than the 20 and 21 to me. Has more bounce as well.

Soft foams are trash . The Triumph needs to remain a firmish option. Haven't touched them since 19

They're trying so hard with marketing but the 22 is a step in the wrong direction. They took everything great about the 20/21 and went backwards....22 is heavier, the foam is denser, the entire shoe is wider

The saucony ride 17 takes on 8mm drop with pwr run plus. The speeds have a less aggressive nylon plate. 8mm drop.

I love the triumph 22s. It’s a little bit heavier than the previous triumph 21. The super foam is incredible. Pair it with the saucony speeds. Breathable mesh for optimal airflow. Legs felt great after 16 mile LR. Phenomenal.

My daily rotation is Triumph 18, Triumph 19, and Triumph 20. I hope they kept 15 Wide so I can stay in literally the only shoe that fits me perfectly.

Fast responsive light? ...it's more than 10oz lol....heard the weight comes from the upper and not the foam itself. Top heavy shoe

I do not find these shoes to be light at all! To me, they feel big and blocky. The more I run in them, the more I am enjoying them though. I think the Ride 17 is the faster daily shoe.

you all kept saying how "light" they are as if they are kinvaras. They might "feel" light.. until you put them on the scale.

Bought it, returned it, and bought the 21. The 20 & 21 are softer and bouncier. It truly is a brick, especially if this is supposed to be Saucony’s soft cruiser. It seems Saucony is trying to make this shoe a jack of all trades, but in the process have ruined it. Make it a soft recovery shoe and people will love it…Saucony has other shoes for responsiveness.

No thanks. Both the 20 and 21 are better than this. Thank goodness I was fortunate enough to get a loan from one of my club mates to try this out. He was trying to sell them as he too hates them. (he never told me that at the time, only after I'd tried them and said 'NO THANKS') We're both buying another pair of 21's which, if you look around, are slowly starting to be discounted from some retailers. A step in the wrong direction from Saucony as far as I'm concerned.

Am sorry this shoe is way too heavy and even worse in the wet as all that padding soaks up water. Reviewers say the foam is not particularly responsive. Even the Broosk Glycerin looks better than this.

You're right, after go’ogling around I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Bigger Blueprint was updated and you can make it bigger even faster, yep, what Simmy suggested before was pretty good, but now it can grow up to 4 ins, I managed 3 ins myself and I feel like a monster lol
