I am resigning from my and as per contract I had completed 120 days of notice period , but still company not relieve me , may be relive at this month end , in such case how much I can get service end benefit , half salary per year or one third . My total service period is 3.5 years

Hello dear My contact started on 2018 to 2019 my company created account in qiwa recently but it was shown expire status how it is possible if like this any problem in the future or status must be valid And one point mentioned in the contract this contract renew automatically same period.

100% by saudi law any one going to Final Exit,from Saudi, to any own country, Ticket must be given by company,

Bhai I have submitted resignation before 6 months contract expiry. Company asking 6 months full salaries. But In contract its not mentioned that I have to pay salaries if I resign before contract expiry, they just mentioned any party can terminate contract before 60 days notice period. I submitted 60 days before resignation. What should I do???

@@shakeel5466 My company was a sub contractor and I was working on their project. The project on which I was working on I communicated to director. I told them the whole story that my company was asking huge amount. My project director was angry at them and communicated with them in professional manner like by saying we have many projects we don’t want to spoil relationship bla bla bla. My company listened to my project director and released me without asking any money.
