I've noticed that when you add scales using paint to a lure, you remove the mesh before finishing the other side. Is there a reason for taking the mesh off before painting the other side?

hmm may have to try to talk you into a trade. some fresh smoked salmon and one of my hand made jeweled vibrax style spinners, for a Durable and flashy herring diving swimbait. its almost king salmon season here in AK and ive been trying to catch a king on a swimbait for awhile. as always, exemplary work!
