🌼🌼🌼Ingredients for dough:
350ml water
10g instant dry yeast
10g salt
500-510g All-purpose flour
🔹Mix all ingredients , cover and let the dough rest for 20 minutes. After knead the dough again for 5-10 minutes and let it rise for 90 minutes.
🌼🌼🌼Ingredients for filling:
200g Mozzarella cheese (50g. for each pide)
sliced sausages (sucuk if you have)
🔹Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll 4 of the dough balls into an oval shape. Spread grated Mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Top it with sliced sausages.
🔹Preheat the oven to 250C with turned upside - down baking sheet in it or use baking stone. Carefully put filled Pides and bake until crust is golden brown and cheese started to bubble.
