I made this for dinner today (added some carrots and cauliflower too), and my family absolutely LOVED IT!!!! Thank you for the great and easy recipe!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!
I had peppers and sausage and pototoes on hand was looking for a recipe. Im not Italian but so what. This recipe was simple and easy and tasty. Really like how your approach is simple and budget friendly. Gonna try your chicken bake recipe next. Your also do a good job on temps and measurements. Thanks for the inspiration.
this is a delicious and easy dish to make. I kept my sausages whole and kept the skin on my potatoes. I started with the meat first and then added the veggies. I'm sure of the cooking time.
Hi, Laura! I made this twice in already. My new way of cooking Italian sausages! It is good and easy to make. The hard part is waiting while the oven is wafting with yummy goodness! Thanks for posting!
Love this! I am Italian and polish and I grew up with the same recipe. The smell in the house when this is cooking is AWESOME!!!! There is nothing like it :)
Your spouse is one lucky man. I was worried about the potatoes cooking fully but it worked just like you said. I elected to brown the sausage because my wife is a bit anxious about uncooked pork. Thank you!
We had this for dinner tonight. It was delicious. Substituted kielbasa for the turkey sausage and turned downed the temperature to 425 about half way through the cook time. Definitely doing this one again!
You're so adorable laura :) haha, thank you so much for taking the time to make these daily videos! We definitely love watching them! -can't wait for you to have your own show!
I prepared this meal for my husband but I used italian sausage and I added a little basil in it; he truly enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing and I can't wait for the next video.
Laura, this recipe was absolutely PHENOMENAL! So quick/easy to throw together and my boyfriend loved it. It's even more delicious the next day and the smell of my house was almost unspeakably good! I used a mild Italian pork sausage and it complimented the veggies and potatoes wonderfully. I think I've found a new favorite :)
Hi Laura, I can relate to most of the recipes and things you say; am Italian too and you inspire me! I love watching your videos and... you have a beautiful personality. thanks for the fantastic and tasty recipes.
Made it tonight for dinner. I had to make substitution green for red peppers, and Italian seasoning. It was a great 1 dish dinner. Enjoyed it. Thank you.
hey Laura in the Kitchen I made this recipe thank you so much my husband loved it/ I have to stop eating fried foods so this was better than me frying the sausage, thank you again ill be looking at more of your videos

I made this, and it is delicious! I've already bought the ingredients to make it again. :) (By the way, I used Yukon gold potatoes, and I didn't peel them; just rinsed them).
You are my go to. I'm Puerto Rican and I usually prepare the typical Puerto Rican dishes. However, I am a lover of Italian food, so whenever I wanna try something different and delish you are the one that I turn to. Thanks! I will be making this dish for my sister in-law gender reveal this weekend.
I made this recipe and now is a favorite in our house, love it. Hubby wants brats instead of the Italian sausage but I prefer Italian, so I add both. Also 450 oven is perfect.
I made this for dinner tonight and it was soooo quick and easy to make. It was delish; I added some balsamic vinegar but other than that I followed your recipe to the T.
This was one of the first recipes of yours I tried. It was such a big hit. I made it with sweet Italian chicken sausage and my boyfriend could not believe how great it was. This was the kickstart for me to try and cook. Thanks so much Laura xoxox
I made this recipe for a crowd with 8 sausage links, 2.5 lbs new potatoes, 4 sweet bell peppers and two sweet onions, olive oil, s&p & Italian seasoning and put everything in a sheet pan cooking the veg first then adding the sausage last. I served it with steamed broccoli it was fabulous! Tfs Laura!
You saved my life. I was thinking on what to do with my potatoes and sausages till I found you in RU-vid. Now, I am so confident to cook, hahaha. Thanks heaps.
Thank you Laura! I absolutely love your videos! I love the way you explain the steps to your cooking! You have so much passion and make me want to cook! Your recipe with sausages looks so simple and easy to do! Thank you!!! :)
Hi Laura. Your video is awesome and your way of making the Sausage Peppers Onions & Potato Bake is very easy to follow. It works for me very well and my hubbie and I always enjoy it. It's sooo yummy! TYVM for posting this video :)
Came across this video like a minute before I was about to peel some potatoes. :) Made this as a side dish for dinner today & my husband and I loved it. Thanks. :)
Sam here laura you still inspired me to start cooking i'am having popato bake tonight, you know sausage, peppers & potato & onions , I didden't forget the garlic.
This my new favorite meal, except I use potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, red pepper, mushrooms and garlic cloves, with salt, pepper, rosemary AND thyme. I put the sausage in with the veggies at the beginning and roast for an hour at 425F. I've tried several different types of very plain beef/pork sausage, and chicken thighs; they're all awesome. It's even better the next day because the veggies absorb more flavor and the potatoes are more moist. The roasted pepper, celery and mushrooms really add some 'dee-lish' to the dish. I'll even pick at this cold in the fridge for a midnight snack. Thank you Laura!
Mmm - the smells in the kitchen whilst this is cooking are AMAZING! Dish was sooo tasty - going to make next time using chicken instead - should be interesting! Served with Lauras garlic bread which was FANTASTIC!
