I've begun getting a taste for tortellini the past few years and look forward to making this recipe, thanks! I have canned carrots on hand. If drained and rinsed well, could those be used? Also, I love zucchini especially sautéed. Would sautéed zucchini work here? Also, since I don't have zucchini on hand right now, could I sub with French style green beans or corn niblets?
