Hammer loses a lot of his benefits outside untamed, having to pick between specific skills is very limiting as there is a reason you can switch between them on untamed, they are situation based and if you can't use some of them means in those situations you will just have to fill and it's not good, personally I won't pick hammer outside untamed.
