@@davidcattin7006 I thought the reply was good because too many public, popular, political figures have been tearing down everything that is good and/or religious of any type. They've not been keeping their beliefs to themselves-not by a longshot. A good counterpoint then is to have public figures with positive messages. What am I missing?

Being profound about it would be keeping it to herself. She would never leave her cushiy money-filled life to join a nunery of old. Nuns gave up all of their wealth if they had any. Saint Katherine Drexel gave up her rich life in Philadelphia. Savannah will never do that. She would never take vows of poverty. Ever. These are privileged people.

If your only response is to try to shut someone up without any reason, or you feel so bothered by someone expressing they are encouraged, that is really sad; moreover, you are contradicting your own statement: you clearly do care or you wouldn't have bothered to comment. 🙄 And this type of close minded rudeness is exactly why I am encouraged by this video: there are people in the world who do not think like you. If it is YOUR personal conviction that anything to do with faith is to be kept to oneself, you can express that without actually trying to shut people down. jesus said he would return before his followers tasted death. Did he show up or not? Maybe he already did. Can you know for sure? No. As believers realized the guy hadn’t returned, an early apologist dreamed up the idea that a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years is as a day. Thus giving jesus a pass for not fulfilling his promise in the lifetimes of his followers. What a grand piece of fiction.

@@ChrisM-ve6qc Youre wrong. In Matthew 16:28 Jesus said to his disciples that SOME who are standing with him then would not taste death until they see Him in his glory. The very next verse Peter, James and John see who Jesus really is and in His transfigured body. Jesus said that before He returns 1) Israel will become a nation again 2) the world will become apostate (fall away from faith) 3) and the lawless man will appear and have one world government. I believe we are close to the antichrist.......he will arrive on a white horse meaning he will bring in peace but soon his evil intent will be shown as he takes over.....and God will allow him to do so for a brief time before Jesus returns. When Jesus returns every one will see Matthew 24:27. Your unbelieving heart distorts the scriptures to make it say what you want it to say but it is clearly written. As God said they will have eyes but not see......ears but not hear. Jesus said they won't believe even if a man rises from the dead. All Jesus followers gave their lives for Him It wasn't an early apologist who said a day is like a thousand years.......it was Peter. 2 Peter 3:8. Peter saw Jesus after He rose from the dead and Peter preached until he was tortured and killed. Peter was faithful and is saved by Christ for eternity as Jesus has overcome death. This world is blind and deaf and will weep when Jesus returns since it didn't obey His word
