I’m French born, trained luckily in the bataillon of Joinville, as normal first grade soldat, but ended red glove in boxe française. I’m now a grand dad who’s training another generation and he is not 3 yet …..I’m 61 and loving it…..👍👍👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏

Why not use chassé frontal instead of latéral to block your opponent. More efficient, especially with your condition, isn't it?
