I saved $875 by using the Anchor Motorworks alternator repair kit. The OEM alternator is anywhere between $1000 and $1500 depending on where you get it. I picked up this alternator repair kit for $125. If you have the skills to remove an alternator from a vehicle and some basic electrical know how, this repair is super easy!!!
