I like to name my files with names containing information in the header of the document, and for decades I've been able to SEE that header while in the save dialog box. Recent versions of Word now hide the entire face of the document while in the save dialog. This is very frustrating and extremely inconvenient. Does anyone have any suggestions for working around this relatively recent limitation?

I lost access to a lot of documents with migration to a new computer. I had and have MS Office. I can't open from recent. I will discontinue them and use Grammarly and Google drive or something better. This has been a pain, Good video. Don't trust Microsoft office.
