I'm so glad you survived. Remember you have your whole life ahead of you. Life gets better in time. This advice may sound a bit trivial but it works well for me. I personally avoid all foods and drinks that contain caffeine and/or high amounts of sugar, all of these can stimulate depression and can override the effects of some antidepressants. sugary foods/drinks contain many unknown chemicals that can effect my mood. I also avoid alcohol and ever since i have avoided these foods and drinks my mood is much more stable, I feel more relaxed and my OCD is more controlled. It's definitely worth a try.
