What’s even more wild is it will go into pre 00 2.5 cars as well. An ra block is almost a direct swap for my 2.5rs shortblock. They really haven’t changed anything on any of the ej25s (in terms of shape) it’s so crazy and awesome!

No torque on the studs into the short block can’t be right. I would do some research there fs, if the studs can loose then the torque on the nuts on the studs would come loose no?
I have a had a built motor for about two years with Manley rods bearings, cp pistons. I’ve been running 5W-30 for the whole time, should I try some of that 20-50 out? I also am in socal so it’s pretty frickin warm here most of the year
Quick question I have an 03 1.8t jetta and the cam sensor reluctor is smashed don't know why, will this blow my motor cuz I currently drive it everywhere but sometimes it takes 6 times cranking it before it starts and it idle surges
Just read that any lubricant on the studs or washers doesn’t allow you to get the proper torque on the bolts. It allows the washer to slide and over-tighten the studs

Pleeeeease not the color change. Leave it silver. Pretty much all subarus now are either blue or some stupid custom paint/wrap, factry silver is so much better
