I always find myself not quite liking the final design but mesmerised by these textile and text they create and it feels like its such a same that all those details aren't shown clearly when put together

CHANEL is the best for these kind of videos as all the fabrics are so textured its only after watching these that I realised all the textures and detail are applied by hand, the tiniest detail, even on what looks like a simple jacket, its amazing ,

Now I understand the theme of the collection, with the wooden runway and background .The use of Balsa wood with the beading detail and the way that it was used to create the floral motifs was beautiful.

I assume the fabric you're referring to, is the pleated ones...they have this huge cardbord sheets that have been already pleated, they sandwich the fabric in between two pleated sheets and then they're steamed on industrial ovens to keep the shape.
