(For making 6-7 crepes)
All purpose flour: 35 g, 1/4 cup
Water: 125 g, 1/2 cup
Large eggs: 2
Salt: 2 g, 1/4 teaspoon
Green onions: 10 g, 1 teaspoon
On low heat, brush a thin layer of oil before cooking each crepe.
