All the people with sawmills they skim the log what they are achieving i wouldn't have a clue!!!!!!? ya cut one square post out of a log start from the small end when that's done put to the side get your next log same thing, when ya you have cut enough sqaure post cut your plank's! 100 hundred square posts so simple and easy 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just curious but was the blade a bit dull as it looked from angle that you were getting "travel" in the cut, just a bit mind you and from the angle the debarker was just a smidgen.. "hair" low below the blade from where I'm at about four thousand miles away. Mind you, good video pulling stickers out of wane cuts is smarter than you using good wood for between the air dry stacking. I could be wrong cause first I don't know if adjustable or not and if it was right where it is supposed to be so I am asking if it was is or is not/LOL as for me I like videos so I liked it but I just seen this one. I did used to saw lumber but we used the circle saws in them days. I'm 72 and can only wish I were still able to go out and cut timber!!

Your bark cutter is set lower then your saw blade

Charlie, your debarker needs to be adjusted up. the blade is cutting just above the debarker cut.

That mill sounds great. You must have fixed the vibration problem. You need to seriously think about an outside wood furnace when you build that new house. I have one and love it. You make a wood scrap pile all summer then when it gets cold you get free heat and keep the wood yard clean. With a sawmill business you can't go wrong . It also knocks hundreds off the electric bill in the winter. Thank you again for your videos.

Check the flatness of the blade. Number one cause of wavy cuts. Good video with the raw sound though.
