The Scout Squirrel (Chucklenutus Scuntus) is a tree and light pole dwelling variety of Scout that primarily inhabits VSH servers. They feed mostly on chucklenuts, large med packs, bonk, and stolen sandviches. They’re notoriously tricky to catch, and take delight in bullying Saxton Hales (Australius Gigachadus) with their superior agility.

@@CunnyMuncherSandman is actually in a fine state. See, while the slow is middling at best the real power is in the damage potential. Now wtf am I talking about? See, the sandman ball being tossed from a melee means it uses the melee crit calculation. Melee crits can reach up to 60% chance iirc, that means you have a 60% at full crit ramp to hit someone with the sandman ball for 45 damage. Doesn't sound like a lot of damage but now they're slowed AND you can pick the ball back up and toss it again. It also allows scout to keep the pistol and even have a utility melee that's still crazy good at fighting (the slow is really good if you're batting people). If I could be it I would just add "Minicrits slowed targets", hit their ass with the ball then run in and go beat the shit out of them.
@edfreak9001 I always tell people to cope, seethe, and mald into chat if they complain about capping. If they can’t fight back against a capping Hale (it’s as simple as firing at them from a distance, or charging at them with a melee), chances are they can’t win against a Hale chasing them either, which wastes everyone’s time in comparison.

So mercs' animalities (totem animals?) are: Scout - squirrel (apparently) Spy - crab (obviously) Soldier - predator grasshopper (or maybe a spider that uses web to fly around by wind) Pyro - shark others unknown

In reality Saxton woulda just demolished the buildings with his bare hands or tossed a lamp post at scout, he must handicap himself to allow the mercs to win
That's why whoever rated Scout not an S tier class in VSH is insane. Back before this fancy gamemode was added into TF2 we had unofficial VSH gamemode servwrs and Scout was always top tier class behind Engy
this is why miguel is a goat at tf2, he be making funny content for us to laugh at and enjoy, also this reminded me of a meme where a demosign (demoman + sign) managed to hit Saxton Hale multiple times as an image with the caption "I'M NOT GONNA SUGARCOAT IT" played.
The Source engine doesn’t do the experience of being shrunken justice, as everything around you remains the same size, you’re just lower to the ground. Everything around you should look a lot bigger.
