As an Ace Attorney fan I gotta say that "The Fragrance of Dark Coffee" from PW Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations should be there. it's THE jazzy theme of the series with lots of sax in it. Also special mention to themes like "Objection! 2011" from Ace Attorney Investigations 2 and "Paul Atishon - A vote for Atishon!" from Ace Attorney Spirit of Justice

Sax is the most based of the instruments. Incredible content as always. Seeing Partitio's theme there makes me so happy I can suggest a favorite of mine that is often overlooked and I don't see in this list Raven's theme from Gravity Rush 2

Didn’t see it in here, so I gotta recommend my all time favorite sax solo in VGM: Roll Me In from Katamari Damacy. A close second would be Sky’s theme from Shantae Half Genie Hero. Almost over the top in how “sax-ual” it is

There's this little ps1 game called sheep raider. The entire soundtrack was fusion jazz and the "main stage" theme always sounded like i was watching porno because of how sexy the saxophone was

You have GOT to check out Sightless Shepherd from Hades 2, the sax solo from Sam Grendel will blow you away. Paradise Killer has one of my favorite soudtracks ever and also features a saxophonist, Fabian Hernandez. Paradise (Stay Forever) is his best showcase.
