Have you run into the issue of the wood leaving black debris in the wax afterwards? I've tried wood because I love them, but I don't like that end result after a burn. Love your channel and all the help with business as a whole! Thank you

Oh yes, this can definitely happen but I try to carefully trim my wick so that it does not and if the debris happens to fall on my wax I will use a wick dipper to get it out. I hate a dirty looking candle. lol

Welcome to the struggle of using wood wicks! They are high maintenance and so hard to work with BUT you will get your perfect candle burn if you keep testing. I am using the ultimate wood wicks 2 .625. However, this size is definitely not universal, it depends on the fragrance and wax you are using as well.
