I'm developing an interest on candle making now going through RU-vid looking for a complete class for candle making but I can't seem to find it please if anyone knows anybody who is selling a complete class for it please link me up but anyways thanks for the knowledge you shared in this video I appreciate
Thank thank you for all your tips and tricks. I am a Newy on making candles and I love that idea of putting a mold on top of the candle. What do you buy from Micheal because I went there yesterday and I got the soy wax and some Fragrance. Do you prefer essential oil Or fragrance oil.
The key is using the cooling bubble wrap in the Summer for shipping, also, put a note on your website that you only ship out during the week. Weekends can be tricky because the post office closes early on Saturday and is not open on Sunday so your package will likely sit in a hot warehouse or truck for several days.
In the beginning of my business journey, when this video was made I thought Uprinting was THE BEST! LOL! When you know better, you do better and I no longer use Uprinting for my boxes. Can't believe that was 3 years ago!

I’m soooo happy to come across this video 🥹🫶🏽 I’m starting my own luxury candle line …did you experiment with making candles first before find your name n getting a LLC and ein?
I am so glad you are here!! 😊 Actually I created my LLC back in 2018 but didn't start my business until 2020. It has always been my dream so I knew what I was going to name it before it was even started.
Thank you. I was looking for more information on how to refill concrete candle jars. You touched everything that I, too, incorporate in my candle business. I'll be looking for those who offer refills for their jars.
I got in trouble in a Facebook group cuz I said curing depends and it can be from 18 hrs to a week. They kept repeating 2 weeks and said I’m ruining the education for everyone. I leave it alone for about 3-5 days and they got mad. But I even provided how different candle suppliers say. I’m glad I saw this video.
Yes, I totally agree. Not all curing is created equal. Some candle formulas may take longer to cure than others but for my process 24hrs - 7 days from the day the candle is made to the customers door. I have tested my candles after 24 - 48hrs of curing and they have performed perfectly fine. Strong hot and cold throw, even burn, etc. Do what works for you always! You know your process and your product better than anyone. 😊
It's amazing to have the support and encouragement from my Sistahs! Keep going you will get there! I am still not where I want to be in my business but its definitely a start!
I really appreciate your efforts girl ❤How did you learn to make candles nikkole ? Did you take a course or something 😅I’m excited to know about the process 😇
Thank you so much!! ❤️ It was a lot of googling, trial and error. I spent a lot of money and time testing. It was frustrating but once I got my formula down I was good to go. I am going to be teaching a course soon on candle making, the candle business, how to start and grow and more! Stay tuned.
Yes. Using 2 different waxes would cause the candle to burn uneven due to the wick type and size potentially burning faster and hotter in one wax vs the other.
I'm so thankful for u I'm just starting out making candles and I was thinking about something else I could make and sell now I know thank you 🥰 God bless you and your Business
