The unconditional love and devotion of a dog comes at heartfelt price when we have to say goodbye and let them cross the rainbow bridge.Such a Beautiful and peaceful spot you chose for her. I have two beautiful golden retrievers and the time is getting near for the older one to let her go as she is starting to struggle more frequently.The thought of continuing life without her is almost unbearable even though I still have the younger golden retriever to help me through. Bella was a beautiful, loyal girl. I said it in another post but to me she was Creek Life. I loved seeing her swim with the boys, get water from her pond in the yard and be in the background playing with the other dogs. She is loved more than she knows and I am so sorry she passed on

We lost our family dog of 14 years some years ago it got to the point he didn't have the energy to move from the bottom of the stairs we took him to the vet and found out something even more precious. He was a Golden Lab and had some kid of degenerative condition to do with his skull, and the vet asked how old he was before putting him down 14 years old we told him. He was blown away he said usually their health declines and they don't live 2 or 3 years after that happens. We never knew that every year he was with us was a miracle that his health stayed intact. We didn't bury him parents got him cremated and kept his ashes none of us have had another dog or pet since.

I’m sorry! I cried through the whole video hugging my own Callie Jo. I can’t imagine your pain but know it hurts. You did the right thing by Bella. Her eyes said it was time. Thank you DJ for making Daniel let the vet set her free from pain. Daniel, you’re a great man but no one should have to put a loved one down. You buried her in a place she loved with you, her family, and there was no greater tribute to her. My thoughts and prayers to you all.

The last just the other day Never does it get any easier, never have we said ohhh but we still have 4. Each one is gut-wrenching. I just lost my baby girl of 3 and a half years a few weeks ago. I can't believe its already been 3 weeks. She had chronic hepatitis. We tried so hard to save her, but there was nothing we could do.. two weeks of fighting to get her to eat, to get her liver to function again.. two weeks of her turning to nothing but skin and bones and pain. My heart breaks so much for you and your Bella. I've had a few dogs in my life, but none as special, as important as Deanna. I feel like I've lost my soulmate. I empathize, deeply, with your loss. Hi there, I saw your video and had to cry. I felt the same when we lost our Cairn-Terrier Nakia in January this year. She has been operated one year ago but a few months later the cancer returned. Although you know, that the day will come to say good bye you are so afraid of it. She died in the arms of my husband at home after the vet had put her to sleep. You’ll never forget this moment. You are feeling as a judge and executioner the same time, but things have to be done. Time heals all wounds but you will never forget your lovely Bella.
