Cocktail recipe:
Peychauds Bitter - 1 dash
Courvoisier VSOP - 50 ml
Sugar - 1 cube
Absinthe - 20 ml
lemon peel
Stir and strain at glass. Take a picture, tag @mr.tolmach at instagram;)

I have seen this way to rinse glass with absinthe when I ordered Sazerac for a bartender who haven't experienced making Sazerac. He researched with his smartphone and made it in the same way. Now I understand this way is already recognized as one of the ways.

Better sugar dust, cause essential oils in Angostura need it to be dissolved. But it’s only words, better to make two with different way and compare✌️
