it'll probably go the same as interceptor certs, strict at first but then when there are a few cops online, they'll start handing out certs (swat in this case) and before you know it, you'll see swat at the traffic stop for running a red light.. same thing happens now where you get 2 interceptors and 2 bikes plus 4 cvpis for speeding

The death of big m made them find all his cars and his items. Its sad because because they could've saved the senna but they werent fast enough.
