These hobbies being taken more seriously is both a good and bad thing, because it means more people get into them, but some of those people are awful

I loved paying quadruple price to go to concerts growing up. Now I get to enjoy paying quadruple price for EVERYTHING YIPPEE

Part of the problem is that people are paying the prices the scalpers are asking. If people would stop paying scalpers they would go away.

Anyone who invests or makes a business around TCGs made their money elsewhere. It's also hilarious how scalpers call what they do a business or hustle, since if it was, they'd get their product through distribution - not Walmart.

Yea I love people who defend scalper trash,I love ones who say maybe they buying for themselves and not eBay,you can tell by the way they look they not playing card game or have any friends to play with,100yrs ago society used to deal with these people who are unproductive scammers but we coddle them and people defend them now,look at what they did during pandemic they raided every store for hand sanitizer,toilet paper,Lysol ect ect and had garages full and were selling on eBay and they didn’t care about their neighbors or community or who died because they got Covid due to fact that there was no disinfect products around,their hustle cost lives if people had access to sanitize products they might not have spread it to others but instead we all had to smear Covid all over place because we couldn’t afford 50$ for hand sanitizer from scalpers so anyone out there that lost someone remember what they did next time you thinking of buying from them,no decent well adjusted human would pull something like that and it’s time society cracks down on these non productive parasites!
