I've been following for several years and used this channel to renovate my bermuda lawn! It's come a long way. The only thing I'm missing is a reel mower! Or to be honest, I would definitely use that zero turn for a side hustle and do some mowing for businesses around my house.

Hey doc I've watched a lot of your videos and I treated my yard for weeds as I just bought a house and it was really overran. I'm a first-time homeowner so I'm trying to get my yard looking really good so I overkilled it with the spray that you had mentioned in your previous videos. It's been a couple weeks now and everything's dying off do I need to go out and break up all the dead weeds?

So 2, 4D is not a pre-emergent? I still got weeds but I may have to re-seed some of the shady areas of my lawn. Can I seed if I apply it and how long should I wait to re-seed?

I've always heard that if you disturb the surface you will lose the efficiency of your pre em? I'm running my core aerator after the rain this week and then applying pre em afterwards. Have I been told incorrectly?

I have tiff tuf bermuda, some of the areas are thin. I have an unlimited source for water and currently have an irrigation system. Can I mix in a fescue seed with my lawn year round? If so how do I adjust the fertilizer and pre emergent.

Doc, you mentioned doing a light coat of spray pre-emergent. I spread my pre-emergent in early March as well as a scalp and jump start. Temps were warm in San Antonio. I have beautiful green grass now. Is it ok to do another light coat of pre-emergent for preventative measures since it’s still early in the season? I normally have very few weeds and I want to keep it that way as all of the neighboring yards are full of weeds. Muchas Gracias Doc!
