I'm this "man in Tahiti" and I consider myself really lucky to have come across Monique's videos, it's from there that I started to contact her. In our first exchanges, Monique immediately reassured me,she is authentic, responsive, available, she gave me a lot of useful information and her communication was clear, which was not the case with my previous property manager. They wanted to scam me by making me believe that my tenant had left the house while it’s not true. I would have paid the sitter, moved-out inspection and other fees and they would have continued to collect my rent without paying it back to me. Besides, they still haven't paid me my May rent even though I give them proof of my tenant payment. They will continue their business under a new company so be careful who you trust. I went through them because they offer their service to French people (french team), which is an advantage when you don't speak English well. Thank you Monique for all you have done, thank you for taking the time to answer me in writing because I don’t speak my English well. Now I have a good team to rely on and I know that my property in Detroit is in good hands, which is the most reassuring thing for an investor.
Thank you for the kind words! I copied them for my landing page for my new course I'm creating called Manage It Yourself! Section 8 Rental Mastery: The Pat & Monique Method. I appreciate you! I hope things are going well for you now. I'll email you the landing page once it's ready.
What state? Where are they? Most property managers have bad reviews from angry tenants who sometimes were people who just didn't pay the rent. It's rare to see owners make reviews but if an owner reviews them, then you really know how they are. Are you their tenant or an owner through them? What's so bad about them?
